Refunds and Exchanges
The Manly Sea Eagles Superstore has a genuine commitment to our customers that shopping online, in-store or at game day, will be a good customer experience.
We are committed to industry excellence with customer satisfaction an integral part of this commitment. We understand that repairs, exchanges and refunds may be required in any retail environment.
If you change your mind or receive an unwanted gift, we will happily exchange the item, except for perishable goods, providing the following are met:
Proof of purchase is supplied;
- Goods are in unworn/unused original condition with swing tags still attached;
- Good/s are returned within 30 days of purchase; and
- Good/s are purchased at full price (no sale items).
If the good/s are faulty or different from the description listed, you can choose between a refund or exchange, provided that original proof of purchase is supplied.
Products that are returned as faulty will be assessed by Playbill before a remedy is actioned. Playbill cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost in transit. We suggest that these are packed appropriately and sent via registered post. Playbill management reserve the right to refuse a refund in accordance with this policy.
Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable, and all sales are final, unless goods received are faulty or have a major defect problem, in which case you can choose between a refund or exchange, provided that original proof of purchase is supplied.
To return an item, please include a note detailing the reason for a refund or exchange and your contact details. In the case of exchanges, please include a prepaid self-addressed mailing satchel so that we may send your replacement item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When your order status updates to shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking ID.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Domestic Customers (within Australia)
Postage starts from $9.95 for all domestic locations.
Domestic packages will be delivered between 3-5 business days after purchase.
International Customers (outside Australia) Postage starts from $24.95 for all international locations.
Please be aware that the customs departments within some countries may charge local taxes and duties on imported parcels. These charges are beyond our control as they are regulated by the government of that country.
Note that international customers are exempt from paying the Australian Goods and Services Tax (10%), which is deducted from your total order amount.
Orders must be shipped to a physical address. PO Box address' cannot be used.
Memorabilia items may be subject to an extra freight free. This will be confirmed at the checkout.
